A Few Words
About Me
Approach and Philosophy
Empathetic and Learner-Centered
I believe all people can learn to achieve incredible things. Unfortunately, current education systems too often prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach to learning. All students, regardless of background, deserve access to rigorous and individualized education.
My work approach prioritizes empathy and collaboration: I strive to empathize with learners in order to center their unique needs. I then collaborate with clients to co-develop individualized, learner-centered solutions that help them effectively serve their learners.
About Me
I am an education program director, teacher, empathetic researcher, and student success champion with 14+ years of experience in the education field. I create pathways and programs that expand access to equitable education for all learners, especially students from historically marginalized communities.
My work spans the education landscape, from the classroom to community-based non-profits to global ed-tech companies. Through all these settings and roles, my superpower has always been creating safe learning spaces that center individual voices and needs.
